With over 30 years experience in the Building and Civil Engineering environment, Newtownstewart Construction Ltd (NSC) is a long established business offering a complete building service to clients throughout the UK, Ireland and now Canada. Set-up in 1983 the business is based Northern Ireland.

Newtownstewart Construction Ltd aims to provide all clients with a professional complete building service and has a skilled work force. With expert Project managers that ensure that clients achieve their desired outcome on each project.

Newtownstewart Construction Ltd has a Professional team, highly skilled in the different areas needed. This in-house capability allows us to minimise sub-contracting and closely control safety, quality, program and costs.

We are committed to providing a service according to client’s expectations in terms of quality and reliability and will ensure that adequate resources are available to sustain our planed business objectives.

It is the policy of the company to commit and maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008 in pursuit of its primary objectives.

The company’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures which includes how we commit to provide adequate physical resources.

Dedication to Quality.

Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.

Newtownstewart Construction Ltd ensures that the Quality Manual is communicated and understood throughout the company.

To ensure the company commit and maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the Directors formulate and implement the policy to ensure that the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audit.

The Quality Policy is reviewed at least annually, by the Directors to ensure its continuing suitability. The Quality system is monitored by Henry McKinney, who has been appointed the designated Quality Manager. Duties will be carried out as defined within section 5.1 of our Quality Manual.

The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
