The project consisted of the construction of a 110,000 sqft distribution center, split into a 80.000 sqft warehouse, 20.000 sqft split level office and 3.000 sqft showroom. There is also a wash bay, multi-bay loading dock and a mezzanine.
Our brief involved all groundworks, foundations, external drainage, water mains through the site and mainline connections, service infrastructure and all external finishes. The project was complete within a challenging northern climate.
